JAM helps you journal, use AI mentors, and reflect on your personal growth. You may use JAM only if you can enter a binding agreement where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission.
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and keeping your sign-in credentials and device secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for what you create or upload through JAM - your journals, entries, mentors, tags, feedback, and anything you share with your AI mentors.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you share. Your journals, entries, and mentors are visible only to you. The public mentors in the Market are created and curated by JAM.
AI responses and insights are generated automatically and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them before acting and do not treat them as statements of fact.
JAM is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency service, and AI output is not professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for decisions that require professional judgment. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Do not use JAM to create, publish, or share content that:
- Breaks the law or violates another person's rights.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Is harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or exploitative.
- Exploits children, facilitates self-harm, or creates an immediate risk to another person.
- Attempts to disrupt, misuse, probe, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You keep ownership of your content. To run JAM on your behalf, you give us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content - only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the features you request.
JAM is offered through a JAM Pro auto-renewable subscription, which may start with a free trial. Before you purchase, the app shows the current price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms. Prices and availability may vary by country or storefront.
Purchases made in the iOS app are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically for the displayed period until canceled. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation processing, and refund requests for those purchases under its terms.
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and can be managed from your JAM web account.
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if reasonably necessary to protect JAM or its users, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.
We work hard to keep JAM running well, but we provide the service as-is. Features may change, and brief outages can happen. We will do our best to communicate significant changes ahead of time.
JAM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature or AI result will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, JAM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms as JAM evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will give you notice in the product.
